Our Little Emersyn

The first time Emersyn actually enjoyed the swing.  Ella was wanting to push her sister on the swing at her school and so we decided to give it a try.  Looks like she had a good time.  Emersyn is now 7 1/2 months and is crawling everywhere.  I caught her just the other day crawling up the stairs.  We now have to keep an eye on that little one.
Emersyn at the park while all the big kids participated in the Olympic events.  She was content to just sit there and eat her apple.  She is such a joy and has the cutest little personality.

Another field trip for Ella to the farm.  Last year she was able to feed a baby cow a bottle.  She was able to see all the different farm animals and enjoyed every minute of it.

Olympics at the park

A couple moms in our ward decided to have an olympic events day at the park one afternoon.  The kids had a blast.  Ella took a tumble during the sack race but she was a trooper and kept on going. Luckily only some of the primary kids showed up.   It was just another enjoyable afternoon in sunny Fontana.

First exposure to gymnastics

Ella recently had a field trip to precision gym where she was able to play on all the gymnastic equipment.  She was in heaven so we decided to enroll her in gymnastics. She is loving every minute of it.  The photos of her on the bar were during her first lesson. Ella's favorite part of gymnastics is jumping into the pit.  We were a little slow with getting her a leotard. She has one now so we will post some photos with her in full gymnastics attire soon. 

Fashion at its best

Emersyn is showing us how to wear sunglasses as we drive home from church.  Her sister thought it was pretty funny.

Our First Sunbeam

Today was a special day.  Ella attended Sunbeam class for the first time.  She was really excited to attend primary.  I can't believe how fast she is growing up.  She loved singing new songs and going to a new classroom.

Jump n' Jammin'

We spent last Saturday at jump n' jammin' for a birthday party for Ella's friend Hannah.  Ella had a blast!  Running around throwing balls at people and even shooting them out of air cannons.  She really enjoyed climbing around all the mazes and going down the big slides.  I think she had the most fun jumping in the bounce house.  We had a lot of fun.

Mom #2

Since Emersyn was born she has had two mom's.  Ella loves to mother her sister and take care of her.  Mom can't do anything without mom #2 helping out!

Christmas Day

This was Emersyn's 1st Christmas and she enjoyed every minute of it. She loved eating wrapping paper and was full of smiles. She is such a joy to the family. It is hard to believe that she is already 6 months old.  Great job on the hair bow mom!!

She woke up in the morning and told us that she needed to look out the window to see if Santa's sleigh was still outside. Christmas was lot's of fun this year for Ella. Santa actually brought everything that was on her list. Her favorite gifts were baby Annabell, a digital camera, and her Leapster, which she says is a (Nintendo DS).
