Ella wanted a princess cake for her 4th birthday. She picked Princess Jasmine with a purple dress. However, the bottle of gel to dye the frosting did not quite turn out to be "Regal purple." When Ella woke up that morning the first thing she said was, "Mom, I said I wanted a purple princess cake!" Mom did not want to hear that after she had stayed up all night making the cake. We had to compromise with "periwinkle."
One of Ella's favorite gifts was her big girl bike.
We can't believe our little girl is 4 already. Wow, does time fly.

Maggie and Papa sure loved your b'day party. You sure are getting to be so smart and fun. We love having you and Emme come over so that we can play and have fun together. We are so happy to see you on your bike.
